German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and British Prime Minister Andy Burnham formalized the ratification of the Kensington Treaty and agreed to enhance cooperation across technology, space, and security, after a meeting on Thursday in Berlin.
The Kensington Treaty is a bilateral treaty of friendship, which emphasizes joint efforts to deepen cooperation in foreign, security, and defense policy, promote the economy, research, and innovation, and strengthen people-to-people exchanges.
