Civilians are being killed in their homes, in hospitals and even in places of worship,&#8221; the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said in its latest update.<br \/>OCHA said civilians face daily threats from shelling, airstrikes and drone attacks, with recent clashes reported in the city&#8217;s northeastern districts. Satellite images show more than 30 km of earthen barriers surrounding the city, restricting movement and trapping residents inside.<br \/>The agency said over 50 bombardments have hit Abu Shouk camp in recent weeks, worsening displacement and civilian casualties.
