Vessels must use only routes designated by Iran&#8217;s national carrier, Iran Shipping Lines, or forgo Iranian security guarantees, the report said.<br \/>&#8220;Iran also bears no responsibility for vessels that cross the strait without its permission,&#8221; the source was quoted as saying.
