新城財經台《香港數字金融大獎2025》，繼往開來透過獎項頒發，鼓勵金融機構持續增加信息科技的研發和投入，為本港、灣區以至國家的金融行業發展注入新動力。
為配合推動數字金融普及化及市場化，以及因應國家大力推動「數字人民幣」，本年度頒獎禮更將設有專題論壇，著力探討過去一年擴大香港作為數字人民幣跨境試點的成果；以及「數字人民幣」的升級應用，包括具有「可碰、可視、可掃」等優點的硬錢包之發展步伐等。
此外，本年度活動的另一大重點，將會是探討虛擬貨幣的中長線發展。虛擬貨幣經歷兩年前的低位後重上新高；再度當選美國總統的特朗普，表明自己為加密貨幣的捍衛者，更一度刺激比特幣爆升。未來四年，會否是虛擬貨幣的黃金期？投資者及業界應該如何部署？

Building on past success, Metro Finance FM104's Hong Kong Digital Finance Awards 2025 continues to encourage financial institutions to invest in technology and drive industry advancement across Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, and beyond.
To support the wider adoption of digital finance and align with the national push for the Digital Renminbi (e-CNY), this year's event will feature a forum on Hong Kong's progress as a cross-border e-CNY pilot city. Discussions will cover its next phase, including the development of “tap-to-pay, visible balance, and QR code” physical wallets.
